As an UBER driver you are treated as self-employed and report your income (and expenses) on Sch C.
In order to be a single member LLC you need to file the appropriate form(s). If you have not done this, then you are not a single member LLC. However, regardless of being a sole proprietor or SMLLC, both are reported on the Sch C of your form 1040.
