As a beneficiary to an estate am i supposed to receive a K-1 form from the estate before any stock dividends from my specific bequest have been distributed to me?

The EIN - Employer Identification Number is an inappropriate method of avoiding the reporting of the income, and moreover an ineffective attempt to avoid disclosure because in order to obtain an EIN you have to supply your SSN.
Further, the bequest is a personal bequest in your name not some corporate entity that you  would create.

It is not worth our time or effort to attempt to convince you otherwise.  Since you are determined to go forward on the course that you have set, the only suggestion is for you to spend your own money engaging an attorney familiar with Estates and Trusts, and then find out that the attorney will tell you the same.

@Carl let's drop this - he or she is determined to pursue the path he/she proposes - we're just wasting our time.  the Poster's name suggests he is intent on blazing a trail with his own self-immolation

For the record, by the way, none of this has anything to do with TurboTax!

I never said I received stock dividends - that would be affirming the fraud.

you people are the most presumptuous idiots I've ever confronted in my life - the reason we've not received our bequests is because the executor claims we're indebted to the estate he had a full a fair opportunity to prove such debt three years ago and failed
