I've already paid for my 2018 tax return when I began. I have a receipt. Now that I'm at the end it's asking for more funds. Is that correct?

What did you pay for? Just federal? Maybe you added a state or upgraded or added the Live expert help feature?

Or did you buy the Desktop program but end up in the Online version?

So if you only paid $50 that was probably only for Premier.  So you still owe the difference.
169.99-50=119.99
