Ask for executor nam

It ask for an executor name and wants me to fill out a form

Are you filing a return from someone that is deceased?  Did you accidently enter a date of death in the Personal Information section?

I became a widow , yes I entered her date of death

Ok if you ARE filing a joint return then you should not be seeing the form 1310 questions.   Review your entries in the Personal info section and make sure you indicated that choice correctly.

If you are NOT filing a joint return then the person in charge of her final affairs is the executor for the form 1310.
