Are WI residents who are full time students required to pay state taxes?

Not sure what you think being a student has to do with paying tax. Please explain.

Here's a link to Wisconsin's filing requirements. There is no exemption for full-time students.

I am a full time student in RI and lived in CT for the summer months. My main residence is in CT at my parents home. Am I considered a resident in RI or a non Resident?
