Are Michigan unemployment payments taxable?

I am a Michigan resident and just printed my city tax forms. Next to my unemployment income amount is typed "Not taxable."

Are Michigan unemployment payments taxable?

Yes, the state of Michigan will tax your unemployment income. It is not taxed on your city return though.
