If you are filing electronically then your forms are signed "digitally" when you submit the return. If you are printing and mailing your return, you will find a signature line at the bottom of the page(s) you need to sign.

I'm filing (my Massachusetts state income tax return) by mail and have printed it out but am not seeing where I need to sign. Do I need to sign it even though it is not asking for a signature anywhere?
