App and Website Down?

My turbo card app will not allow me to log in. I keep getting "there was a problem connecting to turbo card" everytime i try to open the app. The website on my internet browser will not even load. Why can i not get in my account? I need to transfer money, pay bills and check my balance like asap!!!!
