Anyone else wonder why has TurboTax made it so difficult to give feedback on problems with their software??? I encounter lots of problems due to poor software design.

Old items with $0.00 data, that are brought forward from previous year returns, will not easily delete. Worse than that, TurboTax designers have constructed tiny windows with annoying horizontal and vertical scroll bars to review imported data. The tiny windows will not enlarge or expand when you go to full screen display, and these annoying scroll bars reset after each item is reviewed. It is mind boggling slow and tedious to review multiple 1099 transactions through the tiny Turbo Tax windows with scroll bars. Terrible design!!!! Makes me want to switch to a more elegantly designed tax software product!!!!!

Yes, I agree with this! Turbo Tax’s has gone down-hill quality wise. I used to use it all the time, but the UI is really messed up. This year I decided to skip TT entirely… but now their Credit Karma app is harassing me saying I haven’t filed my taxes (which I have, except not through TT)!
