Ammended form 5695

I am trying to file an ammended Federal tax for 2024. I have updated form 5695 an need to submit. But I am unable to file the ammended form

Ammended form 5695

If your original return is fully processed, you should be able to file. Are you getting an error trying to file or a reject when filing? What are you seeing and at what point?
