I have already filed my taxes this year but last year i moved without filing my 2018 taxes. I had a copy of my W2 forms mailed to me a couple months ago and I already filed and received my taxes this year for my 2019 taxes but I still have my 2018 W2s and I don't know how to amend my taxes or if I still even can? How can I go about this?

You do not amend your 2019 return just because you did not file a 2018 return--unless there will be something on that 2018 return that will have some sort of carryover effect on 2019.
Each tax year must be prepared and filed separately using the forms and software for the specific year in which the income was received. So you need to file a 2018 return with your 2018 W-2's.
Online preparation and e-filing for 2016, 2017 and 2018 is permanently closed.
To file a return for a prior tax year
If you need to prepare a return for 2016, 2017, or 2018 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign, and mail the return(s)
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.
Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Note: The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac. It cannot be used on a mobile device.
If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline. If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.

i have my 1040 taxes i have combined my 2 w-2 together.
@Chalf3528 Please explain. Do you mean you put a 2018 W-2 and a 2019 W-2 on the same Form 1040? Income from different years cannot go on the same tax return. Each year has to be filed separately using the forms for the specific tax year in which the income was received. Did you e-file it?
If you filed a tax return wit income from two years on it and it was accepted by the IRS you will have to wait for the IRS to process it fully and then amend. You cannot amend while they are still processing the return.
Or do you mean you had two W-2's for 2019 from different employers and put them on the same tax return? If you did that, it was the correct thing to do,
