Hello,
I submitted my 2019 tax return yesterday, and I didnt mean to do so, because I did not have a chance to include my direct deposit information. Can I add that now?

No. If you have already filed your return and it has been accepted by the IRS, it is too late to include your direct deposit information.
If for some reason your return is rejected, then you can include the information before you re-file the return.
Besides, amended returns have to be printed, signed and mailed to the IRS. Since they are processed by hand it generally takes 8-16 weeks for the IRS to process an amended return. So if your already e-filed return is accepted by the IRS, there's no way possible to change your refund payment method.
