Amending 2020 entries when preping 2021

I made a few errors when filing my tax return and again in the amended return. The IRS found and fixed these errors. Can I change 2020 data in TT to be consistent with IRS?

You can make the changes but I don't think it will be of any benefit to you. The 2020 tax return that you worked on is saved on your computer so it is not linked to the IRS or your current 2021 tax return. So, the changes won't affect anything.
