I had not checked that no one can claim me as a dependent and my dad claimed me. Should I remove education and tuition credits?

If you can be claimed as someone else's dependent then you are not eligible for education credits.  If your father can claim you, he is the one who can use the education credit on his tax return.

When you amend:

Go to MY INFO.  Click your name.   Go through the screens for the question that asks if someone else can claim you as a dependent.  Say YES.

Yes, remove Form 1098-T. you can't claim any education credits if you are a dependent on your parent's ax return. Your parent's can claim the education credits.
