Amend return

It’s trying to get me to use turbo tax self employed but I didn’t have self employed income this year and am trying to amend my return and add a dependent and care deduction and it’s trying to charge me 129 to do this

There is no additional charge for an amend.  It sounds like you upgraded to self-employed and did not mean to.  Call customer service and explain the situation and ask for downgrade service code.
