Amazon Vine 1099-NEC and IRA contribution

@Opus 17  just to excerpt a sentence from your last reply...

"Whether your activity is a hobby or self-employment depends on several factors including regularity, intention, and profit motive."

Where is the best resource for determining the correct answers to these factors?  Regularity, for example, in my case - there isn't any "regularity" in the sense that I am not required to participate on any form of schedule or timeline.  If I accept a product in exchange for my review, my only requirement is that I review 60% of the products I receive.  As for intention, I just enjoy writing reviews and did them for products I purchased for years.  I was selected to become a member of Vine because I was informed my reviews were useful to members, so I was offered products (of my choosing) as long as I provide an honest review.  My intention was simply to keep doing something I like to do.  I have 0 intention of using this to make a profit monetarily, and many of the products I choose are often being taxed at a rate that competes with the current pricing because the customers are offered a 30 - 70% off coupon but the taxable value is full price (as expected).  So while I do get to keep the products I review, I also am required to keep defective products or poorly rated/reviewed ones that were not advertised properly.

I am not quite sure how I would classify this information.  This is my first year participating in the Vine program.
