Always starts a new return

I'm using turbotax Home and Business 2022.  Each time I launch the software is starts up with a new, blank  return, not the one I was working on previously. Any ideas on how to fix this?  Thanks for your help.

Start the program, navigate to your .tax file, and click to open it.

Alternatively, you can navigate to your .tax file and click on it before you start TurboTax. Clicking on the .tax file should start the program and open your .tax file.

Thanks for your reply. Your solution opens the return, of course, but my issue is having to do this every time I launch turbotax. For the last 10 years turbotax has opened to the last return I was working on. I was hoping to regain this functionality.
