This is a user community forum, so without any explanation we don't know specifically what you are referring to, but we can make some guesses as to common situations, and tell you how to phone TurboTax Support, if needed. I'll assume you are referring to TurboTax fees and not taxes due.
You appear to be using Online TurboTax. How did you already pay the fees? Did you pay upfront with a credit/debit card at the time you filed your return? Or did you choose the option to pay your fees out of the Federal refund?
If you chose the option to pay fees out of the Federal refund, has your refund been delayed at the IRS, and is TurboTax asking you to go ahead and pay the fees or else they state they will auto-debit your bank account if you don't?
NOTE: Or did you buy desktop software originally? See my next comment below which has another possibility. Did you purchase 2021 desktop software (CD/download), but then used Online TurboTax by mistake instead of your software you paid for?
Or could it be this possibility? Did you initially purchase desktop software (CD/download), but ended up using Online TurboTax by mistake instead of your desktop software?
If that's your situation, we can tell you how to download the *.tax2021 data file from your Online account to finish it in the 2021 desktop software.
