I have been getting this error when I try to connect Ally bank to my mint account

I checked with Ally and they confirmed that there is nothing from there end that needs to be done.
Can someone please advise ?

I’m having the same issue. It also started occurs g on another aggregator site at the same time, so I suspect there’s a bigger issue on the Ally side.
I am receiving this same 108 error in connecting to Ally. I log into my Ally account daily and there is nothing to resolve.
The only thing I can think that may be causing the issue is that Ally recently rolled out "Spending Categories" when you drill into your Transactions. I updated my settings to default the main view to go back to Transactions, but I suspect that this may be causing an issue where Mint is thinking there is something that the user needs to do, but there is nothing that needs to be done and maybe changes took place that prevent Mint from reviewing and importing transactions?
Same problem here. Nothing to do at the Ally site, and no settings have been changed.
Guys this has been going on for over a month for hundreds of users. @all Let’s get this issue resolved with Ally ASAP please.
Here is what worked for me. I logged into Ally and went to the Telebanking Security section. I updated my security question and PIN.
Went back to Mint and refreshed...got the message saying Ally needed to reconnect...hit the reconnect button.....then it brought up a page saying Ally needed to send me a code....entered the code from my phone...and Mint refreshed.

Good to know. It was a fluke on my part but I posted hoping it would help someone since we've been waiting over a week for them to to fix it.
If that is really the issue then they have it poorly worded.
Did all that. Still not updating. Frustrating to see no communication from Ally and canned, useless responses from Mint.
Lulu Thank you so much... I just updated my Telebanking PIN and now Mint can reconnect... So odd that this was causing the issue.. no idea, but glad you discovered this. I suppose it makes sense to maybe just try resetting various passwords, PINs, and security questions to see if anything like that was causing the issue.

@Catladyrn Maybe try resetting both your question and PIN again? It seems to have worked for two other people besides me. I don't know what else to try apart from the famous 'clear your cookies and try again'.
