Submitted AGI from 2020 as listed from IRS website. Did not efile last year. Returns keep getting rejected.

WHY??

Turbo Tax let me change the Federal Return pin, but that was not excepted.

If you did not file a 2020 federal tax return then enter a 0 (zero) for the 2020 AGI and e-file again.

Did you try entering the number 0 for the 2020 AGI? That will often work when the IRS does not have a 2020 tax return in their files.
