My son got married this past August and I am doing their taxes for them this year. They are filing jointly.  For her 2019 taxes her mother claimed her as a dependent. What AGI do I put for my daughter in law? Would it be the total AGI that is on her mother's Taxes for 2019?

No, if she did not file her own tax return, you would enter zero for her AGI.
