I am having issue when I file, it keeps getting rejected.
It indicating that my AGI is wrong from what they have on file, but I have my returns in person.
How do I go about solving this ?

Try entering a 0 (zero) for the 2019 AGI and e-file the return again. If the IRS also rejects this return then you will have to print and mail your tax return.

If you go to IRS within minutes you can get an online transcript of your 2019 tax return free of charge. The AGI is about halfway through the 5 page transcript.
