AGI is saying its wrong.

Its correct. i have tried it over and over. i even tried putting zero. it keeps rejecting it.

Did you amend your tax return last year? If so, make sure you are using your AGI from your original tax return, not the amended return. If the only form you have is the 1040X, this would be line 1, column A. If this does not help what you can do is go tohttps://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript and request a copy of your prior year returns....and if that doesn't work then you will have to print and mail in your return.
