Where does TT allow access to Schedule A line 28?

After you've logged into your TurboTax online account:

• Go up to Search at the top of the screen and type in Schedule A and hit Enter. 
• Click on the Jump To link next to the title and it will take you to that form and will instruct you on how to fill it out
