After uploading my W-2, why are the Box 14 Description and Amounts listed twice?

More importantly, should they be listed twice or should I remove the duplicates?  Thank you.

Most likely the lines mistakenly duplicated during the import and the duplicates should be deleted.  If your Form W2 itself does not show two lines, then you should delete the extra lines from your TurboTax entries.  Ultimately what is entered in TurboTax needs to match your actual Form W2.
