I just imported from Betterment where I have a few accounts. Betterment tends to have a LOT of transactions and usually I have to use the desktop software. I tried the web this time and now whenever I try to view my Betterment import, the screen loader just keeps spinning. I tried support and they didn't know what to do. Anyone else have this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Thanks Catina. I've done those things multiple times both with and without Support on the phone. This appears to be a server side problem. I'm getting a 500 HTTP error from the server. Here are the errors I see:
Unfortunately, if you still unable to import your Betterment activity, you may have to enter the transactions manually.

1) Once in your return, click Income & Expenses (top tabs)
2) Scroll down till you see Stocks, Mutual Funds, Bonds, Other
3) Follow the prompts to add in your sales
Here's how to enter your 1099-DIV:
Thanks. I would do that if I could get the page to load. Or maybe I need I use the desktop software?
I'm having the same problem across both my Betterment accounts. Is this an issue I should contact TurboTax or Betterment about?
@Anonymous Generating an App specific password seemed to solve importing issues with Betterment. Updating or creating an app password for TurboTax can often resolve the issue.

Or try this solution:
1. Go to Betterment and change your e-mail address (use an e-mail address without a + in it).
2. Verify the new e-mail address for Betterment by checking your e-mail and clicking on the link.
3. Ensure you can login to the Betterment website with the new address.
4. Go back to Turbotax and try importing from Betterment using the new e-mail address.
