After downloading files, how to install and use?

files downloaded to computer.  how do i use them. do they now need to be activated?

since you are posting from online there is nothing to install if that's the app you're using to prepare your return. no download is needed so unsure what you downloaded.  on the other hand, if you downloaded the program for installation on your computer to prepare your return then double-click on the downloaded file and that should start the installation.
