OK, I figured it out. I had AD BLOCKER PLUS running, which had not caused any problems throughout the rest of the processes. Once I disabled ABP, I was able to continue and finish the filing process.

After displaying "determining the best option for filing your taxes", the screen goes blank, so I cannot complete the filing process, why?

OK, I figured it out. I had AD BLOCKER PLUS running, which had not caused any problems throughout the rest of the processes. Once I disabled ABP, I was able to continue and finish the filing process.
