If you will not pay with direct debit on the day you file then choose the option to mail in a check then you can either do that  OR  pay online directly  at   www.IRS.gov/payments.

I always use direct debit from bank, but Turbo Tax listed these option only up to May 17, 2021. Can I still use the direct debit option?

That is direct debit but you have control and you will know what is happening.
