i just received my S.S card in february 2020 and my employer gave me my 1099 for last year income with the s.s #. before i was using an ITIN . before do my taxes i wanted to be sure that i am not going to be in any trouble.

You should enter the income with your new social security number. The IRS should be able to cross-reference and identify you by using other provided personal information.
Thanks, i thought for immigration purposes i was going to have an issue with that.
