Advance refund

I asked the robot about 15 times what to do about the refund and how to get it. And low and behold after I get done the refund was never offered to me. This is ridiculous, if I wanted to get screwed again I would have went thru h and r block. At least they would have paid me.

• Where did you call?
• Are you looking for a tax refund?
• If not, what refund are you referring to?
