What does this notice mean?

    Do not respond to the text.

    • Wait to get the tax notice, and then check with your state to be sure that they issued it.
    • Once confirmed you can respond to the state notice.

      It wasn't a text.  It's a notice I received when checking the status of my state refund.

      The state should send you a letter in the mail explaining the changes.
