I assume you are referring to the prior year AGI and you are getting rejected because it is the wrong AGI.  Here is a link to the site where you can request the tax transcript to confirm the Adjusted Gross Income.  A lot of times, the number is accurate but there is a problem on the IRS side. Transcript Request
