That can happen for a few reasons: (1) If the IRS made any adjustments to your return that could have resulted in the AGI being adjusted as well. The IRS does not share that information with Turbo Tax. (2) If you filed an amended return that could have adjusted your AGI.

You should report the AGI as the IRS has it reported.
