So, I am actually trying to help my daughters out with their ‘23 returns. They still have not received them. They were both notified the reasoning being wrong address or not deliverable. They both lived in the same Apt complex and there are two addresses for the bldg. Just one is referred to as a “#” ex. 300 s. Vs. a named street. So, during this whole process they have both now moved to different places. When they are filling out the 8822 form what addresses need to be listed now?

If you are sending a change of address to the IRS use the address where they receive mail NOW.

Using a permanent address when dealing with the government is best. They may be moving again. Your address might be best. Pick an address where they can get a letter in 2 or 3 years.
