Address incorrect on return

I used the preview function in the online version of Turbotax Self-Employed to look at my tax forms before exporting them to send to the CRA. The address in the preview form differs from the address in the final document. The final document not include the country field, which suggests that Turbotax has a bug where they use one form for the preview and another form for the actual export. This matters because it is crucial that the address be accurate on the form I submit to the CRA.

Can someone help me resolve this?

This is with Turbotax Self-Employed (not one of the options listed below, so I selected Premier because it at least lists the Online option).
