Additional ID verification by state driver's license is broken. Complains that the issue date and expiration date format is reversed. But, '05/19/2022'= May 19,2022.

How do I get past broken date format confirmation?

You need to double-check that you didn't enter the expiration date in the Issue Date box and vice versa.
