Yes, I can add income because I earn cash on the side. I want to show more of an income because I want to refinance my home, without losing the return I have?

It is not a quesition of want. Rather, you must report all of you income and pay taxes on it.  The lender is likely to require proof of this cash income, so be sure to have good records.

Cash income is subject to regular taxes, plus approx 15% self-employment tax.
