Adding fees I didn't select

I keep selecting that I do not want to add the $34.99 premium service benefits, but it keeps trying to charge me for them anyway.

Go back to "review my order" and remove the premium benefits.  Then when you get to payment, pay by credit card.  I was trying to pay with my refund and this is a "premium" service and automatically triggers the extra fee. Please let me know if you have any further questions.
