Add PLUS help? Cursor spins.

Add PLUS help.  Need to print 2015 return. Have spent 5 hours over two days trying to add PLUS to my account.  I select pay now, a circle starts spinning on screen.  I tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox, cleared cookies and cache.  I installed Flash.  Can you please help me.  I also added turbotax.com to my allow popups settings in chrome.
