Actual help from intuit?

Any way to get help from intuit through chat or email?  Seems they only want to do callbacks to US numbers which I don’t have and won’t take inbound calls.  Online help only seems to be available to online customers and my issue has to do with transferring my 2021 desktop file to online to use online for 2022.

No there is no live chat and email is not a way to contact TurboTax.

You can get help from this user forum or you can contact customer support if you are using a paid version of the software.

You have to do that transfer of 2021 in to 2022 at the very beginning before you enter any new data for 2022.
