activation issue

I just installed TurboTax 2023.  During the installation it did not ask for my activation code.  When I try to start TurboTax, it goes to an activation  page and asks me to sign in.  I do that and it goes to a page showing my activation code for 2023, however it does not give me an option to do a  anything except exit.  I am in a loop I can't get out of and can't run TurboTax.  I have been using TurboTax for years and have never had an installation problem.  Is there anybody I can talk to?
