Read all the posts. Unable to actvate. I have used copy and paste of key from account and typed directly. No success. Let me know what needs to be done.

There's not enough information. You didn't say what actually happens (if anything) after you enter the license code. So all we know right now is that you are unable to activate.
Does nothing at all happen? Is there a message, error code, etc.?
Does it try to connect to the activation server, and the screen just has a spinning icon?
Are you unable to log into your Intuit account when it asks you to?
I do apologize for the lack of information.
When I click "Activate Turbotax" after entering the activation code that was prefilled (and I got from the subscriptions area) I get "The license code you entered is not valid. Error code 605". This message appears very shortly after.
I am able to sign in to my account.
I have TurboTax. Installed only on one device. (1/5 active).

I'll assume you have allowed your software to update. If you are entering the license correctly, there's no tweak you can do on your end for an invalid license code. You'll need to phone TurboTax Support and discuss it with them.
