Activation Code is not letting me log back in

i logged in - entered my code -- tried to turn the brightness up on my screen -- and the screen refreshed.now when i try to log back in it says my code is not valid. need my code t work again

If TurboTax asks for your Activation Code repeatedly, there may be a disconnect between your computer and the server that verifies your account.
