Activate TT 2024 software. I downloaded Premier software successfully . When attempting to acttivate by entering license code supplied by Costco I get message that says license code already linked to another account. I cannot find another account.

You need to log in to the desktop software using the same login information that you used on the first device that you installed it on.  

You can install the program on up to 5 devices but only one account can use it.  If you plan on doin taxes for other family members then you will need to enter their information into your account.
