Account access problem !

When I go to sign into turbo i put in my username and password then it asked me to verify only by using my OLD phone number that I no longer have access to how can I verify using my email ?

Log into https://accounts.intuit.com/app/account-manager/overview and under "Sign-In" you should be able to change your phone number and look into the verification settings.

This did not work. It will let you change your password but will not prompt you to get into your account if you got a new phone number. Very frustrating. Hopefully my request is answered soon.

when program came up listed my wife but not me.  I also have an account I paided $40 for that will not pick up free coverage for State filing
