Accidentally filed Non-Filer for 19 Tax return and tried to efile but gave error so mailed it. Still didn't receive refund and now it is rejecting on the 20 Tax return.

2019 was my first time filing taxes. At the same I was trying to apply for 1st stimulus package and checked Non-filer which I didn't know it will be a problem for filing after that. When I tried to e-file my taxes it was giving error, so we mailed it.

And since then it's is full of mess and i still didnt receive my refund and not its rejecting my 2020 tax filing.

I am assuming that you were not required to file a 2019 Federal 1040 tax return since you attempted to use the non-filer option.  I am unclear whether you were successful filing the 2019 Federal 1040 tax return.  Please clarify.

I think that you are saying that you have attempted to e-file a 2020 Federal 1040 tax return and requested Recovery Rebate Credit (RRC) on line 30 of the 2020 1040 tax return.  Are you saying that the 2020 Federal 1040 tax return has been rejected or accepted?  Or has the tax return been mailed?  Please clarify.  If the 2020 Federal 1040 tax return has been mailed, the filing processing time will be extended.

First and second stimulus information is now available on your IRS account if you create one.  See this.
