Accessing and viewing download

I purchased Deluxe in Nov 2021 and have a receipt and order number and a "view download"  button but am unable to access the return apparently because the "user name or password is incorrect" when they are the same ones that I used already.  Help please.

It depends. You may wish to contact Turbo Tax product support here to verify what your username and password was in 2021. If different, then the download will not appear in your 2021 return.
