Accelerated RSUs cashed out without 1099-B

My company was acquired in 2022 and part of our unvested RSUs got accelerated and was pay out as cash. Morgan Stanley did not issue a 1099-B for the cash transaction. Called and confirmed they don’t issue 1099-B for cash transaction. The cash amount is reported on my W2 though. Since there is no 1099-B but amount is on W2, how do I handle this in Turbo Tax. Thanks!

There is nothing to report on your tax return.  Instead of receiving  RSUs, you received a cash payment, which was added to your W-2.  Since you didn't get any RSUs, there was nothing to sell, nothing to report on a 1099-B, and therefore, there's nothing to report on your tax return.
