ACA penalty exception questions. Do I qualify?

the closest exception which pertains to me is "an eviction notice was served to me"     although an eviction notice was not served to me, its precisely because I was able to pay my rent and avoid that situation with the money I wasnt paying the ACA.   Where does that fall with the exception?

Most people must have qualifying health coverage or pay a fee for the months they or their dependents don’t have insurance. But if you qualify for a health coverage exemption you may have all or part of the penalty waived.  Turbo tax will walk you through questions to determine if you qualify when you click on Health Insurance, at the top.
